Audrey Lee

July 14, 1950 - May 18, 2010

Tribute

It comes as great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey May Lee (nee Jones) on May 18, 2010 surrounded by family.
Audrey moved to Enderby in 1977 from Alberta. She resided there until 1987 when she found Osoyoos to be her final home.
She became well known for her generosity, kindness and loyalty. She had a great sense of humour and an addictive laugh that filled the room. It was just fun to be with her. She could spend hours just laughing and playing cards or scrabble which she almost always won!
Her deep love for her family was evident to all, but especially when it came to spending time and spoiling her grandchildren.
Audrey is predeceased by her father Ed Jones; her mother Rosie Buchanan; her son Everette Lee and her daughter Laurie Lee. She is survived by her daughter Shawna (Bernie) Michaud; brother Larry (Nancy); sister Rosalie (Fred); her brothers Robert (Susan), Bruce (Bernice) and Ken; grandchildren Cody Lee, Herminia Carrenza, Kayla Michaud, Brittany Michaud, Brandon Michaud and great-granddaughter Chloe Lattrielle.
Audrey was a fighter until the end, she will be missed but never forgotten.
Condolences and tributes may be directed to the family by visiting www.nunes-pottinger.com
Arrangements entrusted to Nunes-Pottinger Funeral Service & Crematorium, Oliver & Osoyoos, BC.

Audrey will be sadly missed but never forgotten. The first time i met Audrey with Shawna i knew she was a very kind and loving lady. She loved her family more than anything and her grandchildren meant the world to her. She was a very down to earth and easy person to talk to and had choice words for people (said what was on her mind) for that i loved her for. Now she is at peace after her long battle but fought til the end and now she can finally rest. She will be in my heart and prayers until we meet again

I met Audrey at Shawna’s when dropping my son off for day care and Audrey would take over the day care the odd time. She loved her grandchildren very much and even the day care children. We had many talks about our work and she was a wonderful person. She will be missed and always have a place in our hearts. And as we all mourn remember she put up a good fight and now she is at peace.I’m sure she is watching over and is Shawna,Bernie,Kayla,Britt and Brandon’s guardian angel now.
