Tribute
On Saturday May 18, 2019, Ludvina Aschenbrenner of Osoyoos passed away peacefully at the Summerland Seniors Village in the presence of her family at the age of 91 years.
Mass of Christian Burial for the late Ludvina Aschenbrenner will be held on Sat. May 25, 2019 at 10:30 am at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Osoyoos. Interment will follow at the Osoyoos Lakeview Cemetery with a reception in the parish hall to follow the interment.
Ludvina will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Agnes (John); sons Al (Karen), Clarence and Ray (Ruth); her 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Carl (Jan 16/2002); her son Edward (Sept 30,2001); sister Mary Elizabeth (Liz) (Jan20, 2015); brothers Joe (Feb 07 2012) and Alois (Ollie) (Aug 14, 2015).
Ludvina was a long-time orchardist, alongside her loving husband Carl. She was a
long-standing member of the quilter’s guild in Osoyoos, a devoted member of the Catholic Church and was very involved volunteering with the Catholic Women’s League over the years.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.

She will be greatly missed, but her laughter, spryness, and warmheartedness will always be remembered. That is our memory of Aunty Ludvina and also her home that she made always open and welcoming.
