Tribute

On Sunday September 29, 2019, Mrs. Debra Jean Hupp of Osoyoos passed away at the South Okanagan General Hospital at the age of 65 years.

She was predeceased by her parents Raymond and Roberta Parker.

Debra will be fondly remembered by her loving family including husband Jimmy; sons Ray and Alan; five grandchildren; brother Don (Lynn) Parker as well as many extended family and friends.

She was born, raised and educated in Oliver. Over the years Debra worked as a massage therapist and at the Watermark in Osoyoos. She also volunteered for many years with Victims Assistance with the RCMP.

Debra enjoyed scrapbooking, baking cakes for special occasions and fast cars.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

I was fortunate to meet Debra many years ago when I worked at the Osoyoos RCMP Detachment and Debra worked as a volunteer in the Victim Assistance Program. She was a cherished member of the program providing many hour of assistance to victims in need. My condolences to Jimmy and her family on behalf of my wife Joyce and myself.
