On Wednesday June 26, 2013, Mrs. Aleida Stegeman of Oliver passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the McKinney Place Extended Care Unit at the age of 85 years.
She will be fondly remembered by her loving husband Jerry; four children and all her grandchildren.

How well I remember the greeting the first day we attended Oliver Alliance and Jerry and Leide sat next to Steve and me. What a welcome and what years of fellowship that followed. Leide was the extension of motherhood to us and we valued her gentle words of wisdom. Thanks for sharing her with us and I rejoice that she and Steve are now in God’s presence together. love, hugs and prayers. BJ

A funeral service will be officiated by Pastor Henry Wiebe at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday July 2, 2013 at the Oliver Alliance Church. Interment and committal will follow at the Oliver Municipal Cemetery. A reception in the Oliver Alliance Church reception hall will follow the interment.
