On Sunday, May 7, 2023, Alexander ‘Alex’ Bernard of Hedley passed away with family at his side at the Penticton Regional Hospital. He is predeceased by his parents and sister Phyllis.
Alex is survived by his spouse Janice; sister Bonnie, and two brothers; children Crystal, Gerald, Alexander, and Robert, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Alex moved from Vancouver Island 20 years ago and settled in Hedley, B.C. with his family. He was a mechanic by trade and loved to work on his own vehicles in his spare time. He was also an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with a good book.
