Tribute
On Thursday June 30, 2016, Mrs. Alice Caroline Gage of Penticton, BC and formerly of Osoyoos passed away at the Haven Hill Retirement Centre at the age of 91 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Jack; brothers Art, George and Gerald as well as her grandson Nathan.
Alice will be fondly remembered by her loving family including children Bill, Gerald, Emily, Deborah, Joe and Heather; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and one great-greatgrandchild.
Alice moved from Ontario to BC in 1973, living in the lower mainland before moving to Alberta. She then relocated to Okanagan Falls before moving to Bridesville for a short time. Alice then stayed at Mariposa Gardens in Osoyoos before moving into Haven Hill in Penticton.
Alice was a proud WWII veteran with the Royal Canadian Army. She loved animals, horses, was an artist and loved painting.
Donations are gratefully accepted for the BCSPCA.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday July 8, 2016 at the Osoyoos Royal Canadian Legion.

My deepest sympathies to the family. I had the privilege of meeting Alice at Mariposa Gardens when my husband was a resident. Alice had a great will and super sense of humour. You will have many memories to cherish.
