Tribute

On Thursday, February 7, 2019, Mrs. Ann Albert of Oliver passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Penticton Regional Hospital at the age of 82 years.

Ann will be fondly remembered by her loving family including husband, George Albert; daughters, Barbara Harnell (Ryan) and Carey Albert (Rick); son Cyrus Albert (Dayna); grandchildren Ashley Jones, Eric Jones (Ainsleigh), Brandin Albert, Marissa Albert, Nicholas Albert Hailey Reed-Albert and Logan Albert as well as great-grandsons Jett Jones and Finley Jones.

Ann enjoyed walking, word searches, camping, baking and travelling through Europe in her 20’s.

She was a long-time member of the Catholic Women’s League and devoted parishioner at the Catholic Church.

A memorial mass will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, February 15, 2019 at Christ the King Catholic Church followed by an urn interment at the Oliver Municipal Cemetery. A reception hosted by the CWL in the church lower hall will follow the interment.

Hello to Anne’s family I actually thought she was quite the character and very knowledgeable and would love to send you all my condolences. I wish I could be there on that day but for Health reasons I cannot. I am so sorry for you loss. As losing a Mother is almost the worst thing a Daughter or Son could have happen to them and a spouse.
