Tribute

On Friday June 17, 2016, Mr. Anton Salmic of Osoyoos passed away peacefully at the South Okanagan General Hospital at the age of 80 years.

He was predeceased by his wife Edith in 2015; his parents; sister Stephea and brother Victor.

Anton will be fondly remembered by his siblings in the old country as well as many friends in BC.

Anton was born in Yugoslavia and over the years he worked in mining, logging and had his own orchard.

He enjoyed making his own wine and hunting.

Anton received a Certificate of Merit in 1971 from the Vancouver City Police.
