From: Rae Garvey
Relation: Nursing classmate at the Regina General Hospital
Dear Janice, Tim and family:
My heart felt condolences to all of you. Although I have not seen Barb for a number of years; I remember her fondly. It is with great sadness that we loose yet another of our nursing classmates.

From: Hazel Lemmons
Relation: Close friends
I was so sad to hear of Barbs passing ,we where very close friends in
training and many years later. After I moved to Texas we didn’t see each
other as often but she did visit me here a couple times. I don’t know if you
remember me ,my husband and I visited in Osoyoss and your mom and Dad drove
us out to your place ,you where living in a trailer and had some beautiful
horses.
It had been hard to keep up with Barb but she always remained one of my
dearest friends .
I often remember the many times we hitch hiked out to my home in Whitewood
singing all the way, we had many happy times together.
Please convey my sympathy to your brother Tim and his family
With my deepest sympathy
Hazel Lemmons

Dear Janice,
I was so sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. Tom and I are thinking of you. Hugs, Marie

From: Joyce McLean
Relation: Worked at Chilliwack Hospital with her.
Barb was one of a kind, She lived her life as she wanted it to be. We had our children at the same time and Tim and Janice were a part of my life until they moved away.as young children. It is hard to lose a parent, and one can feel like an orphan, no matter what our age. It will get better and the pain will be a warm glow instead.
