Tribute
Brenda Lee Lewis (LaBounty) of Fort St John, BC, passed away suddenly but peacefully at the age of 44 years.
Mourning her passing are her husband Richard, their daughter Jessica, sisters Debbie Casorso (Stan), Diane LaBounty (Richard), Cindy Abraham (Brian), and brother Ken LaBounty; her nephews Greg, Jeremy, Matthew, Travis, and Dana, and her faithful pup Yoshi. Brenda was predeceased by her parents Frank and Dorothy LaBounty.
Brenda worked in an administrative capacity for various organizations and as a full-time mommy to Jessica. She loved spending time with her family, travelling to Mexico and cruising, and had a special fondness for dolphins and Mickey Mouse.
A memorial service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at Nunes-Pottinger Funeral Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family has set up an account for the benefit of Brenda’s daughter, Jessica Lewis, available at any CIBC branch c/o “Diane LaBounty”.

Finding the right words to express my sorrow for the loss of your wife and Jessica’s mother is difficult. I will remember the big smiles on the face of mother and daughter as they greeted each other at the end of the kindergarten day. There was always happiness and laughter. I wanted to thank Brenda for being such a nice ,friendly and caring person.She was so very understanding of our daughter’s issues,It meant so much to Drew,myself and Fred that she opened her home and heart to her for playdates with Jessica:)I will always remember her for that.
