Tribute

Peacefully surrounded by family at South Okanagan General Hospital in Oliver, BC, Carol Louise (Stott) Neal of Okanagan Falls passed away on April 3, 2014 in her 71st year.

Born in London, ON on April 28, 1943, Carol is survived by her beloved husband of nearly 50 years, Robert G. Neal loving mother of David Neal of Mississauga, ON and Karen Neal of Penticton, BC.

Carol was the much-loved sister of Glenn (Lynne) Stott of Arkona, ON and sister-in-law to Raymond Neal of Lampton Shores, ON, and Carol Thorogood of Victoria, BC. Carol is also fondly remembered by nephews and nieces Greg Stott (Thompson, MB), Brad (Angela) Stott, Janine (Josh) Redquest and Paula (Wayne) Dibbits, all of London, ON, and Cassandra (Michael) Thorogood of Victoria, BC, and Jennifer Thorogood of Montreal, QC. Carol is also the great-aunt to five great-nephews and two great-nieces.

Carol was predeceased by her parents Kenneth Stott (1977) and Edna (Pierce) Stott (2010) and nephew Jeffrey Stott (1976).

Carol was a past member of the Osoyoos Royal Purple and the Osoyoos Painters and Potters.

A memorial service celebrating Carol’s life will be held at a later date.
