Unimaginable Loss

I only met Cole once and I liked him right away. They came over to see Vanessa’s kitten named Freya one evening while I was there. He made an instant impression on me. He was with Kaylie. We sat on the couch and spoke all the while Kaylie was trying to find Freya and also looking for some Tequila. Both Cole and I chuckled at the determination of Kaylie multi-tasking… She was like the energizer rabbit on a mission.

Cole and I both looked at each other and shook our heads, smiled and laughed as guys do. But we knew better not to get in Kaylies way. If we did, she probably would have twisted us up like pretzels.

What especially struck me about him was when both Kaylie and Cole were leaving later that evening he came up to me and reached out his hand to shake mine and said Rob it was a real pleasure to meet you!

He was a really nice person. He was truly genuine. I will miss him very much.

To Kaylie, Cole’s family and his friends, please accept my deepest condolences at this most difficult of times. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

From the moment we met Cole we fell in love with him, we welcomed Cole into our family with open arms , he just fit in! Polite young man, kind, sweet natured, patient, always smiling with eyes that just sparkled. I could go on Cole was the perfect gentleman and is a great loss. Taken too soon from my granddaughter Kaylie that loved him so very much, his parents, siblings, family and all of us that got to know him and love him.

It’s impossible to put our sadness into words.
Cole was our daughter Kaylie’s true love & they adored each other. Cole’s s smile would light up the room & he was the most polite, wonderful young man. A perfect addition to our family.
I’m totally heartbroken for Kaylie, his mom, his siblings, all family members, and anyone blessed to have known him. He is very deeply missed and will always be remembered. He holds a very special place in our hearts.
