Tribute
Daniela Lindner died of inflammatory breast cancer on Tuesday April 5th, age 46. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends.

changing scene of autumn.

It was an honour to accompany Daniela. For six years I had known her as a friend but during the last year I was allowed to see the great soul she was. She did not waiste any time in irresolution. She remained in unwaivering optimism throughout her life, and in the end she knew when it was time to let go.

With a small family spread out over the globe, she was the closest of my extended family. Beyond the great memories of being with her when I was a young child, I’m fortunate to have more recent memories of vacations together, of visit and of evenings spent talking with her and Brian. She always encouraged my dreams, and talked with me seriously about big ideas. That’s a rare gift to give a young person, and is something I will always treasure and remember her by.
