It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Della Rae Porteous on June 12, 2012, at her home in Osoyoos, BC.
Della was predeceased by her parents, Bernard and Donna Cyr. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Hartley Porteous; son, Bernie (Debbie) Cyr; daughter, Tiffany Porteous (Jeremy), with grandson, Tanner; sister, Tanis (Leroy) Miller; nephews, Joseph and Anthony Miller; and niece, Rena Miller.
A Celebration of Della”s Life will be held on Tuesday, June 19th at 2:00 p.m. at Connelly- McKinley Sherwood Park – Mill Woods Funeral Home, 4820 Meridian Street, Edmonton, AB (access Meridian Street off Anthony Henday 216 South – south of Wye Road).
Memorial donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, #710, 10123 – 99 Street, Edmonton, AB, T5J 9Z9.
