Tribute
Delores Marie Rezka passed away at the age of 77 on November 21, 2011. Predeceased by her parents Jenny and Paul Crispino.
Survived by her husband Alex; son Randy and his wife Fran, their two boys Riley and Jesse, and great-grandson Kane; daughter Jacquelyn Hood, her husband Keith, their two boys Dylan and Dakota; and son Rod, his wife Sonia and their children Cole and Cassandra. Also Delores had 3 sisters, Terry Welch, Annette Conrad and Lorraine Hill who reside in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Delores was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario on August 25, 1934, moved to Osoyoos in 1971. She worked for her son Randy who owned Border Plumbing & Heating for 20 years. She also worked for her son Rod for the past 8 years.
She was a loving, caring wife and mother and family was her main interest. She enjoyed watching her grandsons play hockey, cooking and playing bingo. She will be desperately missed and remembered fondly forever.
A celebration of Delores” life was held at the Rezka home on Saturday, November 26 and was well attended by family and close friends.
Fought she did in life”s greatest battle, of which we all one day may face, we are proud to say she did so with such dignity and grace.
