Tribute
On Thursday December 1, 2016, Mrs. Doreen Jane Waines of Oliver passed away suddenly but peacefully at the South Okanagan General Hospital at the age of 83 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert and her grandson Joel Waines.
Doreen will be fondly remembered by her loving family including daughters Laura Anderson and Melody Zimmerman; son Rob Waines; grandchildren Chris (Steph), Brandon (Lisa), Morgan and Hailey (Daryl) Waines and Tyler (Dakota) and Kourtney (Roger) Zimmerman; great-grandchildren Avery, Bri, Caleb, Aiden, Jayden, Kierra and Alyssa and brother Cliff (Fern) of Stoney Plain, AB.
She enjoyed camping, bingo and watching sports.
A graveside gathering will be held at 11:30 A.M. Saturday December 10, 2016 at the Oliver Municipal Cemetery.
