On Wednesday, July 1, 2020, Mrs. Dorothy (Bunny) Verna Becker (nee Dalton) passed away peacefully at Sunnybank Centre at the age of 92 years.
Dorothy was born in in Vernon before her family relocated to Kelowna where she attended school. Dorothy moved to Oliver and worked in the fruit inspection office for several years.
Dorothy met and married Rudy Becker and had a daughter, Anita. The family moved to Prince George and lived there for several years before returning to the Okanagan to reside in Osoyoos.
Dorothy worked as a licensed realtor in the Oliver, Osoyoos and Rock Creek areas until retirement.
Her main interest was music and she played piano and organ. She also enjoyed travelling.
She was predeceased by her husband Rudy; her parents Charles and Florence; siblings, Russell, Lillian, Ruth (Tiny) and Robert (Bob).
Dorothy will be fondly remembered by her loving family including daughter Anita; brother-in-law Jack as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
