Tribute
On Thursday April 22, 2021, at the age of 90, Earl Thomas of Westbridge, B.C. passed away at Mariposa Gardens in Osoyoos. At his side was the love of his life, Marjorie Thomas, whom he married in 1954. He is also survived by his children, Debra Thomas, Dallas (Ida) Thomas, and Wayne (Lisa) Thomas as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two of his sons, Rocky 1977 and Brian 2016.
He did many different things throughout his life but the one title to sum it all up would be Cowboy. Wherever he is now we are certain he finds himself on the back of a horse traveling through greener pastures. He will be greatly missed by his family and many in the community.
Special thanks to the nursing, recreation, housekeeping and dietary staff of Mariposa for the amazing care and compassion given to Dad. It will be forever remembered by the family.

Dear Marg and family, Sorry for your loss;, Earl was one of a kind who loved his wife & family dearly! Met Earl in the 70s while galloping horses up in the area! Loved to watch him tell Barney to get in the back of the truck. He was a true horseman, cowboy, and a wonderful man! They truly broke the mould when they made Earl!
The few times I was at their home , It always radiated with welcome, love and comfort! Earl was a legend!
