Tribute
On Saturday, June 9, 2018, Mr. Earle Thomas Cumming of Osoyoos passed away peacefully at the South Okanagan General Hospital at the age of 77 years.
He was predeceased by his parents Maurice & Olga Cumming; brother “Pete” Cumming; spouse Sharon Krenn and brother-in-law Alan Skori.
Earle will be fondly remembered by his loving family including Sharon’s children, daughter Kelly and her children Brayln and Sheldon, daughter Kim and her son Colton; son Kory and his children Kolby (daughter Aubree), Brittany, Kody and Kylie; siblings Mac, John (Karen), Doug (Marge), Rosalie Skori, Ole (Mary), Murray (Brenda), Carole Shippy (Ron) and Wayne; sister-in-law Gaye Nordstrom as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Over the years, Earle worked construction jobs and was a very successful entrepreneur.
Highlights for Earle were a trip to China for his nephew’s wedding and many fishing trips to Bridgeport, WA.
Earle enjoyed fishing, wood working, gardening and curling. He won many curling awards over the years and was a long-time member of the Osoyoos Curling Club and the Elks.
Donations are gratefully accepted for the Canadian Cancer Society for Lung Cancer Research and or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
