Tribute
On Wednesday June 22, 2016, Mrs. Ena Florence Mahaffey of Oliver passed away peacefully at the South Okanagan General Hospital at the age of 84 years.
Ena will be fondly remembered by her loving husband Eugene of Oliver, BC; step-son Ted (Candace) Mahaffey of Grand Prairie, AB ; step-daughter Nina Heibert of Vernon, BC; niece Diena Willems of Oliver, BC; nephew Alfred (Diane) Willems of Ontario; cousins Tim (Laurie) Lynch of Grande Prairie, AB and Debbie (Roy) Vranch of Spain.
She enjoyed a long career with Finning Tractor until retirement. Ena and Gene moved from Kamloops to Oliver in 1989.
She enjoyed travelling short distances but often in their RV from spring until fall. Ena also enjoyed doing puzzles and playing crib in the wintertime.
Donations are gratefully accepted for the Canadian Cancer Society.
