Frances Casselman

Frances Victoria Casselman age 69 was born August 3, 1944 in the small town of Summerland, BC to parents Ivy Dunn and Skylar Teneycke.
She was married to Ralph Casselman until he passed away in 2005.
Frances met her lifelong friend Terry Berg in the year 1979 who cared for and was by Frances’ side until the day she passed.
Frances had three children: Ron Teneycke, Linda Walker and Tracy Casselman; six grandchildren: Calvin, Jesse, Jordyn, Jodie, Crystal and Terra as well as six great-grandchildren
She became a permanent resident of Okanagan Falls in the year 1986.
Frances loved Clydesdale horses, hummingbirds and crows.
Her favourite activities included bingo, baking, cooking, drawing, knitting, camping and being outdoors.
Frances was a stay at home mom and always put her family first.
She always wanted to travel the world but never had the chance as she was always caring for someone in her family.
Frances was a mother to Calvin as Tracy had passed at a very young age. Calvin was also at her bedside when she passed.
Donations are gratefully accepted for the BC Cancer Foundation, 399 Royal Avenue, Kelowna, BC V1Y 5L3.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday March 1, 2014 at the Okanagan Falls United Church with cremation to follow. Following the service, a reception will be held at the Okanagan Falls Seniors Centre.
