Frank Urekar

Tribute
With great sadness the Urekar family mourn the sudden passing of their beloved husband, father and grandfather. He was 83 years of age.
A mining engineer, Frank and his wife Jean of 60 years started their family in Northern Ontario. With each move another family member was added. Children Kevin, Lynn, Lee and Jason were a source of pride. Frank was a strong family man, role model and loving head of his family. He was always there for his kids.
No improvement project was too big. On went the coveralls, CIL hat and Yugoslav music. The job wasn’t done until it was done right!
He was a lucky man who was known and loved as Papa by grandchildren Patrick, Jeffrey, Paige, Garrett and Kiana.
