Frederick Fred Ferguson

Tribute
On Saturday March 31, 2012, Mr. Frederick Donald (Fred) Ferguson of Osoyoos passed away peacefully at Mariposa Gardens at the age of 84 years.
He was predeceased by his brothers Robert and Vic and sisters Pearl and Kay.
Fred will be fondly remembered by his loving wife of 54 years, Nora; caring and loving father of Arlene Ferguson (Rob Schuster); grandchildren Tyrell, Amanda, Robert and Emily; sisters Lilian Johnson and Ruby Deacon (John) as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Fred was born on December 28, 1927 in West Vancouver, BC. He owned and operated Ferguson Trucking in Langley, BC. Fred and Nora moved to Osoyoos in 1989. He enjoyed gardening, camping, spending time with his grandchildren and family and playing UNO cards.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday April 10th, 2012 at Nunes-Pottinger Funeral Chapel, Oliver. An urn interment and committal will follow at the Osoyoos Lakeview Cemetery with a reception afterwards.
Donations gratefully accepted for the S.P.C.A. or charity of choice.

We have some wonderful memories of you Fred. My fondest memories will be of our many camping trips with you and Nora, and then with Arlene when she came along. We enjoyed many a laugh around those late night campfires.
You will be sadly missed.
