Tribute
On Saturday February 21, 2015, Mr. Gregory Mark “Binks” Baptiste of Oliver passed away suddenly at the age of 60 years.
A wake will be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday February 26, 2015 at the Nk'Mip Community Hall. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday February 27, 2015 at the Nk'Mip Community Hall followed by interment at the Nk'Mip Cemetery.

To all of Binks family- Binks and I worked together on the Anderson Potato Farm which was located on the Res. We spent 14 years working in either the field or in the . Binks could out work nearly anyone on the farm and he would never quit even if he was sick. He may have not been the biggest man working on the place but that never bothered him, he would just work faster and even longer. He became a good friend. Though I have not seen him for over 20 years, I knew him always as a very good man. He was never happier than being outdoors while we cursed rattlesnakes, moved sprinkler pipes and dug potatoes. I am saddened by his death and extend my sympathy to all his family. With deep respect for a life well lived- Jim Mac Naughton
