On Friday, October 5, 2018, Mrs. H. Isabel Race of Osoyoos passed away at the Penticton Regional Hospital at the age of 73 years.
She will be fondly remembered by her loving family and friends.

Dave and I (Rita) were very saddened to hear of Isabel’s death. Our hearts and prayers are sent to Ed and the other family members.

Isobel was a lovely friendly lady. She really liked to chat, and we sometimes met her and Ed at the Okanagan Falls Legion when we stayed in our motorhomes. Ed was a devoted husband to Isobel, and even though she was often challenged by her illness they managed to travel in their motorhome with their little dog, Tank. Isobel will be greatly missed. Our deepest condolences go to Ed and their family.

I am sad to hear about Isabel’s passing. I met Paul in the early 80’s & grew up spending much of my time with him and his family. Isabel was a wonderfully friendly and happy woman and always had a smile on her face. The world is a little worse off without her here. Mr Race (Ed), Paul & Eddie, it is truly sad news, you are in our thoughts.

We are deeply saddened to hear of Izzy’s passing. We had great times when we worked together. I was the young rookie rather green behind the ears and she helped me a lot running the warehouse. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Ed and your family. Marg.
