On Sunday March 29, 2015, Mr. Hank Snowwhite of Osoyoos passed away at the Penticton Regional Hospital at the age of 78 years. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Many years ago when I travelled to work in the morning I noticed this man walking up the hill past the high school to the golf course sub division. He was so regular I started to wave to him every time I saw him. the occassion soon came that I got to meet Hank. We would have a short chat and on he would go on his walk while I headed in another direction. this went on for several years until I volunteered to assist in the muffin program. When I attended who did I see but Hank. He looked after the muffin pans, muffin papers and scooping the mix. I learned what to do from Hank. He was a very nice man who I admired for his ethic to walk and exercise everyday and also to have a nice chat with from time to time. My condolences to his family Joyce and I will miss him.
