Tribute
John passed away peacefully on July 18, 2013 at Sunnybank Centre in Oliver, BC. John is predeceased by his parents Millage & Sadie Parsons and his brothers Mel and Leo Parsons.
Survived by his daughter Paula Meyers (Danny); his sister Marg Gerrie of Ottawa, ON; his brother Joseph Parsons of Gulfsport, MS; his sister Anne Pert (Ken) of Vancouver
and his brother Andrew Parsons (Sandy) of Tsawwassen, BC.
A private family graveside urn interment will be held at the Osoyoos Lakeview Cemetery. Donations are gratefully accepted for the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

When I think of John I always remember the times he came home from Toronto for a visit. It was such a treat to see him. He was always a gentle and kind soul. May you rest in peace John. My prayers and thoughts are with the family at this time.
