Tribute
On Thursday, November 9, 2017, Mr. Kenneth (Ken) Leo Barlow of Oliver passed away peacefully at Heritage House at the age of 96 years.
He was predeceased by his wife Thelma in February, 2017; father Leonard Barlow; mother Catherine Barlow; son Jeff Lynn Barlow and brothers Curtis and Len.
Ken will be fondly remembered by his loving family including daughter Sharon Barlow; son Ronald Barlow (Marg); grandsons Cory Barlow, Todd Barlow (Meredith), Lee Barlow, Calvin Barlow (Marina); daughter-in-law Kate as well as great-grandchildren Kaylee and Palmer.
Ken was a proud veteran and served with the RCAF from 1940 – 1945. He was overseas in 1941 and flew two tours with the RAF.
Ken enjoyed golf, hunting, reading and music.
A graveside urn interment will be held in Spring 2018.
