My condolences to Ken’s family for their loss.
I knew Ken while growing up and knew him as a young man. He was always approachable and was a personable fellow.

From: Denis and Karen Fleming
Relation: long time friend

A true friend is someone who has touched your heart and will stay there. Someone you care for, who cares for you. Someone you can do the stupidest things around and always be forgiven. Someone you’ll instantly remember in ten years because they are in your heart and not just your mind. They have the ability to change you, even if they don’t. They will be etched in your memories forever.
Ken will be missed by many. He will live on with us forever, we have so many good memories of him and his family. Tracy, Theresa and Ryan and families, we are so so sorry for the loss of your father and grandfather. He was so proud of you and loved you so much. Kathy, we are sorry that you were just starting your life together and he was taken from you.

From: Murray Swan
Relation: friend & colleague

Ken and I were friends and colleagues for twenty five years. Whether it was in the orchard, in the office, or at the lunch table, we were able to talk each other through good times and through bad times. Ken’s approach to life made a profound impact upon me and I hope that I can be more like him. I will miss him greatly.

From: Tomomi & Colin Fleming
Relation: Friend

We’d like send our sincere condolences to Tracy, Theresa & Ryan for Ken’s passing. I have many memories of heading to your house in the summer or at Christmas, he’d welcome us in with his friendly smile, Carol and you all were there with the hot-dog dogs. Of course I remember the same friendliness and great smile when visiting the house near the golf course or running into Ken elsewhere. Our thoughts are with you at this time, hope to see you soon in 2017. All the best from Tomomi, Colin & Keita
