Tribute
On Saturday February 11, 2017, Mrs. Lena Anna Gleis of Oliver passed away peacefully surrounded by family at McKinney Place at the age of 85 years.
She was predeceased by her mother Antonia Geuting; father Johannes Bauhuis and many loved siblings.
Lena will be fondly remembered by her loving family including husband Ted Gleis; son Paul Gleis (Heather) (Dustin) and grandsons Alexander Gleis and Marcus Gleis.
Over the years, Lena was self employed and worked at Valley Bakery for a number of years.
She enjoyed travelling and one highlight was a a trip to see the Panama Canal with Ted.
Lena loved curling and walking 5 miles a day.
