Lianne grew up and lived out her life in Osoyoos. She was baptized and confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church where she attended Good Shepherd Christian School for her Elementary years and graduated from Osoyoos Secondary School in 2020 followed by online business studies.

Lianne’s first ‘real’ job was at a young age for a brief time at Smitty’s where she enjoyed many meals with family and friends until recently.  She then worked at Pizza 97A (Osoyoos) for many years and her family has been told that Lianne was a true leader in that environment.  Lianne spent some time working at Mutts on Maple which she loved every moment of.  Most recently Lianne had began working at Lakeside Travel.

Lianne loved to travel and often spoke of where she’d go next including Iceland, Greece, and with hope the Eras Tour.  Lianne enjoyed many vacations with her family to various locations including Disneyland, Cuba, Mexico, and camping trips.  As an adult Lianne enjoyed travelling with her friends to Las Vegas and California/Disneyland as well as road trips throughout BC and Alberta.  Most recently Lianne and Nate enjoyed a week in Mexico together.

Lianne had an amazing stage presence and enjoyed participating in many dinner theatres, musical theatre, dance as well as song and dance performances with groups and solo, she also starred in the OSS Drama club productions.  Lianne enjoyed skiing, paddle boarding, time at the shooting range with family, baking, fishing, music, painting, video games, Lego, and spending time with friends and family.  Lianne’s love for animals was shown daily; she often spoke of old family pets Daisy and Cindy as well spoiling current family pets Raya and Jazzy on a daily basis.

A service will be held in honour of Lianne on June 1 at 3:00 pm at the Osoyoos Sonora Centre.
