Tribute
On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, Marilyn Gail Williamson of Oliver passed away suddenly from a rare form of aggressive esophagus cancer that was only found in April.
She is predeceased by her loving and caring husband John Williamson and by her mother and father Helen and John Dyck.
Marilyn is survived by her brothers Dave, Len, and Phil; sisters Irene and Evelyn; son Nathan Morigeau; daughter Vanessa Morigeau; son-in-law Desmond Burke; and granddaughters Lily and Hannah.
Marilyn worked as a care aide at Heritage House in Oliver where her kind nature could be felt by all those she helped.
She and John loved to adventure together creating special moments and lasting memories wherever they went. In her downtime, she loved to read mystery novels, work on 1000-piece puzzles, and bird watch.
Marilyn; Mother, Grandmother and friend to so many. You are truly going to be missed and never forgotten. We know you have made your peace with the Lord, and now are reunited with your family in heaven.
