On Sunday, June 12, 2022, Mr. Maurice Borden Watson of Oliver passed away peacefully at the South Okanagan General Hospital at the age of 79 years.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday June 22, 2022 at the Nunes-Pottinger Funeral Chapel, 5855 Hemlock Street followed by a reception at “99th Street”, 6145 Kootenay Street, Oliver, BC.
Maurice’s urn will be laid to rest in the family plot in the Penticton Lakeview Cemetery at a later date.

Uncle Maurice we will miss you dearly. You always were so excited to hear from me on the phone or when we came to visit you out west. Your infectious smile and I love you dear will forever be in my heart. Your resilience to live beyond many years past what you were medically supposed to live is remarkable. I will forever hold many memories of our chats and outings in Oro, Barrie and out West. You always called your brother my dad Allen your Dad ( your favorite word of endearment) May you rest in peace Uncle M and know how much you were always loved.
