Tribute
On Monday November 15, 2010, Mr. Nachhattar Singh Sidhu of Oliver paased away at the South Okanagan General Hospital at the age of 74 years. He will be fondly remembered by his wife; his children and extended family and friends.
Nachhattar immigrated to Canada in 1972 from India and found work in north and central BC with BC Rail and at a sawmill. In 1980, he moved to the Okanagan and became an orchardist until his retirement in 2000.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday November 24, 2010 at the Oliver Air Cadet Hangar. 34444 – 93th Street, Oliver, BC. Cremation will follow at Nunes-Pottinger Funeral Service & Crematorium, 34505 – 89th Street.
