Nicholas Hebig

Tribute
On Saturday May 12, 2012, Nicholas Adam Hebig of Chilliwack and formerly of Osoyoos passed away suddenly at his home at the age of 33 years.
He was predeceased by his brother Nathan; his grandparents Fred & Irene Hebig and grandfather Bill Sanderson.
Nick will be fondly remembered by his loving family including his parents Howie & Joanne Hebig; sister Jacquie (Rob) Rintoul; aunt and uncle Judy & Howard Slingsby; aunt Sheryl (Charlie) Calvert; aunt Jennifer Sanderson; aunt Shawna (Keith) Sanderson; grandmother Vi Dresser and fiancé Shannon.
In his youth Nick participated in cubs & scouts, kickboxing and sailing. He also enjoyed gaming, paint ball, Shakespeare and the poet Robert Service.
Nick was a heating & air conditioning specialist and was a certified gas appliance serviceman.
A memorial mass will be celebrated by Fr. Dave De Souza at 10:30 A.M. Monday May 28, 2012 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Osoyoos, BC. A reception will follow in the church lower hall. A private urn interment & committal will be held at the Osoyoos Lakeview Cemetery.
Donations are gratefully accepted to purchase a bench at Pioneer Walkway, c/o the Osoyoos Credit Union – Hebig Memorial.
Thank you to all our loving friends for all their help and support. There are too many names to mention all of you, but we are sure you know who you are. We are so blessed to have such great friends and an amazing community to live in. Thanks again. Howie, Joanne, Jacquie and Rob.
