Liam, Danny and family,
We were so saddened to learn of Pat’s passing. She was a wonderful person. We think of your family often and have so many good memories of the time we spent together during our “dance years”. We are sorry that we cannot attend the funeral service in Calgary but our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

From: Gisele, Mike Lazorko and family
Relation: Catholic Board - Calgary, AB

For many years I taught at the same school board as Mrs. Dorney as I always referred to her. She was my cooperating teacher in the fall of 1980. I learned that each child is very special, unique and to make them feel good about themself no matter what their ability was. We also belonged to the same parish, St. Luke Church in Calgary

Relation: Childhood friends of her sons

Dear Liam, Daniel and Family.
Ericka and I would like to share our deepest sympathy with you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sincerely

From: Lillian Sim
Relation: Friend

Terry, as I met you several times, I just wished I would have had the opportunity to say goodbye to Pat. It was quite cute as often she would get my name mixed up and I would be called “Lillian” or very often “Vivian”….even on our last talk on the phone recently she called me “Vivian”…it was sweet. As you know Pat and I had many walks with our dogs around the neighborhod. I will miss her. To Liam,Danny and family, you had a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and I loved to hear her talk about you and your visits when we walked. She is now with Jesus as that was her faith and future hope.

From: Valerie Shannon (Pardell)
Relation: Family friend and colleague

Liam, Daniel and families. We regret that we were not able to attend your mother’s funeral last week. We were in Germany and just returned today.
Pat was an incredible, accomplished woman and a wonderful family friend. She was so proud of all of you and we know that you will miss her terribly.
We will never forget the emotional support she provided to us when we lost Barry ten years ago. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time of sadness and loss.
