Tribute
On Tuesday October 26, 2010, Mrs. Margaret Emma “Peggy” Graham of Oliver passed away peacefully at the McKinney Place Extended Care Unit at the age of 106 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Frank and eight brothers and sisters.
Peggy will be fondly remembered by her loving family including sons Vern (Julia) of Caroline, AB and Bob (Deb) of Oliver, BC as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Over the years, Peggy held a variety of secretarial jobs. She dearly enjoyed her many travels including trips to Europe, Israel and South Africa. Peggy was very active in her church life, as a hospital volunteer, with the Oliver Quilters and was a lifelong artist.
A memorial service was officiated by Pastor Ed Olson at 1:00 P.M. Monday November 1, 2010 at Park Drive Pentecostal Church. A reception followed in the church hall.
