Tribute
Peter passed away peacefully on November 11, 2015 at Mariposa Gardens at the age of 90 with his wife Shelley and his brother Toby by his side.
Peter was born in Herbert, SK to a large and loving Christian family, being the 9th of 15 children. Peter is predeceased by his parents; his first wife Rosereen and all his siblings with the exception of brother Toby (Verda), sisters Sarah and Margaret and sister-in-law Vicky.
In 1948, he married Rosereen and together they raised five children in Didsbury, AB. In 1966, Peter moved his family to Chilliwack, BC where he sold real estate and later worked in land acquisitions for the Surrey School District and BC Gas. Peter and Shelley were married on December 29, 1993.
Peter is survived by his wife Shelley; five children: Garry (Norene), Jim (Linda), Lorna (Tom), Dale (Ruth) and Brenda (Doug). Peter was also the very proud grandfather of eleven and great grandfather of twelve.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Chilliwack, BC at a later date.
