Tribute
On Saturday February 27, 2016, Mr. Raymond Arthur Dixon of Lake Country passed away suddenly at his home at the age of 60 years.
He was predeceased by his mother Pauline Wignall on April 12, 2010 and his father Robert Donald Dixon on September 7, 1971.
Raymond will be lovingly remembered by his sisters Joan (Blaine) Nunweiler and Bonnie Candianides of Portland, Oregon; brother Randy (Venessa) Dixon; nephew Brent (Rae) Redenbach; great-nieces Chloe Redenbach, Jana Candianides, Kasseane Candianides and Jordon Candianides; great-nephew Ryder Candianides as well as extended family and friends.
Raymond worked for many years as a shipper for BC Tree Fruits in Winfield and Kelowna. He enjoyed horticulture, barbeques, sciences, motor bike riding, taking holidays at Joan and Blaine’s every three or four months and travelling to Alberta, California and Vancouver to see family.
A memorial gathering will be held at 5:30 pm Thursday March 10, 2016 at the Nunes-Pottinger Funeral Chapel, 5855 Hemlock Street, Oliver, BC.
