Tribute
On Sunday December 13, 2015, Mr. Robert H. (Bert) Thorpe of Osoyoos passed away peacefully at Mariposa Gardens at the age of 91 years.
He was predeceased by his parents; two brothers; two sisters; his son Larry and his daughter Darlene.
Bert will be fondly remembered by his loving family including wife Stephanie; daughter Karran (Leslie); son Robert (Louise) as well as his beloved grandchildren.
He was born and raised in Sarnia, ON, spent time in Alberta, retired in BC and settled in Osoyoos in 1992.
A memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday December 19, 2015 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church. A reception will follow in the church hall. An urn interment and committal will be held at a later date in Sarnia, ON.
Donations are gratefully accepted for the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
