Robert Bob Wadman

Tribute
Robert F.W. (Bob) Wadman was born in Oliver on April 14, 1923 and passed away peacefully at the Kipnes Centre for Veterans in Edmonton on August 13, 2009.
He leaves to mourn his partner and sweetheart Joan Simpson. His children, Mike (Vi),
Bill (Dawn), Veronica (Al), Kathy, and Patricia.
His sister Monica, eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Bob was predeceased by his parents Fred and Ethel, sisters Mary, Sue, June and Lottie as well as son Bobby, grandson Christopher and wives Rose and Eileen.
During the Second World War Bob served active duty overseas with the Canadian Army.
He was a very hard worker, very dependable and had a great sense of humour and quick wit.
We will miss him.
Graveside urn interment service will be held next spring on Saturday May 22nd at 2:00 p.m. 2010 at the Veterans Field on Honour in the Oliver cemetery.
A reception will follow in the Oliver Legion Hall.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday May 22, 2010 at the Veterans Field of Honour at the Oliver Municipal Cemetery floowed by a reception at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #97, Oliver, BC.
