Ron Bell
November 8, 1955 - July 14, 2026
Tribute
Ron passed away after a short battle with cancer quite suddenly at Penticton Regional Hospital with family by his side.
He was predeceased by his father, Frank Bell (Wife-Lena Bell), his mother, Ella Bell, and his brother, Richard Bell.
He is survived by his partner of 30 years, Debbie Schmunk of Okanagan Falls, as well as his daughters Shannon Koteles (Her family-Andrew, Kael, and Jordyn) and Felicia Kerr (Her family-Matt, Adrina, and Brady), and sisters, Margie Soare (Jim), Viola Schlee, and many nieces and nephews.
Ron enjoyed doing odd handyman jobs throughout his life, such as painting, yard work, minor construction, and janitorial work.
He was a lover of all things outdoors, such as gardening, camping, fishing, and hunting. His home was always surrounded by as many plants as he could possibly fit! He loved music as much as the outdoors and had a particular love for the accordion and guitar. He was very talented and could play any instrument he picked up. He enjoyed playing music with many like-talented family members and friends throughout his life.
