It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Samson Alfred Gould Jr. of Osoyoos, BC. Sam passed away in the afternoon on Friday January 13th, 2012 at the age of 73 years. Sam was born in Princeton, BC on May 7, 1939. He spent his life as an electrician working throughout the province and the world. Sam spent his younger years at his cabin in Tulameen with his family. Sam loved competitive ski jumping, playing hockey, curling, dancing and swimming. He also loved outdoor activities such as camping, hunting and fishing. Sam is lovingly remembered by his close friends, his wife, his children, his grandchildren and his siblings. A service will be determined at a later date. A graveside service for the late Samson Alfred Gould will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday May 25, 2012 at the Princeton Cemetery. A memorial reception will follow at 1:30 P.M. at the Princeton Legion Hall.
