Sandra Brunet
June 27, 1960 - August 19, 2016
Tribute
On Friday August 19, 2016, Sandy passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
She was predeceased by her mother Doris Brunet.
She will be lovingly remembered by her father Larry Brunet (Elaine); sisters Diana Petkau (Colin) and Donna Roman (Harvie); niece Andrea Bratton (Brad) and their children Shayna (Ryan) and Matts; nephew Jeffrey Petkau (Erin) and their children Kaige, Kane and Scarlett; niece Lacey Petkau and her children Emma and Ainsley. Also by her many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
Over the years Sandy worked for Gulf Canada, ConocoPhillips and Shoppers Drug Mart in Osoyoos.
Sandy enjoyed her flower gardens, needlepoint and her trips to Hawaii.
In lieu of flowers donations will be gratefully accepted for Desert Valley Hospice, in Osoyoos.

On behalf of Mom (Clarice), all her children and spouses, we send our deepest sympathy in the loss of Sandy. Mom and I were fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving with everyone in Osoyoos a few years ago and had a wonderful visit. Looking back now, we feel especially blessed to have spent quality time with Sandy while there. Despite our family living as far away as New Zealand, they were all kept abreast and send their sincere condolences as well. Although Sandy’s life was cut short, it’s obvious from conversations with Diana and Donna that Sandy was being taken care of in the most loving way. Family was by her side to watch the sun rising in the sky in the morning, enjoying those last precious mOn behalf of Mom (Clarice), all her children and spouses, we send our deepest sympathy in the loss of Sandy.
