Siegfried Siggy Jacksteit

Tribute
On January 11, 2012, Siegfried Kurt Jacksteit of Oliver passed away at the McKinney Place Extended Care Unit at the age of 91 years.
Siggy will be fondly remembered by his loving family including his sister Irene Leiendecker; his children Verena Trill (Peter), Bodo, and Bernd Derrick; his grandchildren David Trill, Helen Hunter (Kevin) and his best friend Marjorie Vowles.
Siggy enjoyed travelling and greatly enjoyed seeing most of North America, Europe and the Mediterranean as well as many parts of south east Asia. He also enjoyed fishing, gardening and cooking.
In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted to Prostate Cancer Canada, 2 Lombardi St, 3rd Floor, Toronto, ON, M5C 1M1.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday January 23, 2012 at the Oliver Municipal Cemetery
