On Wednesday, February 5, 2020, Mr. Thomas Oben Richards of Osoyoos passed away peacefully at the Kelowna General Hospital at the age of 89 years.
He will be fondly remembered by his loving family and friends.

My deepest Condolences to you Marion and your family. I was so sad to hear of Tom passing. Chuck and Tom were such good buddies for the 15 years they knew each other. Going to the mail, putzing around in their shops and just plane bs’ing! I loved to Kibitz with Tom and push his buttons! Anyway, maybe Tom and Chuck are again walking with Tuffy to the mail! Tom was smart and funny and just a little bullheaded! lol
