Tribute
On Friday November 7th, Mr. Vincent Jean Louis Petho passed away peacefully at Mariposa Gardens at the age of 63 years. Memorial Mass was held on Monday November 10th from St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Osoyoos at 10:30 a.m. Interment followed in the Osoyoos cemetery with a reception afterwards in the lower Church hall.
Vince will be lovingly remembered by his beloved mother Anna (Ted) Petho Dobyns; his brother Robert; his nephew Jason and nieces Erin and Karesa.
He was predeceased by his father Vincent Sr. in 1994.
Vince enjoyed a teaching career in Prince George and McBride. He retired to Osoyoos in 2000.
Vince was a dedicated Church member and an active member of The Knights of Columbus.
Donations gratefully accepted for the BC Organ Transplant Society.

We miss Vince at birthdays (we celebrated with our group for decades.)
We miss seeing his great smile, his big hugs, his jolly laughs, his generosity, his great dinners. He suffered so bravely, but remained a good friend, a faithful son, a thoughtful companion. In Hungary this September we raised our glasses in a toast for him. Tiiu & Lance
