Tribute
William (Bill) Henry Elligson born April 29, 1940 in Stratford, ON passed away September 25th at the Oliver Hospital. The only child of Jean and Harold Elligson. He is survived by his wife, Connie and his two children Todd – Calgary and Clarissa – Tsawwassen (Darrin). Ever remembered by his 4 grandchildren; Abby, Ryan, Shannon & Shayla. Bill’s early years were spent in Ontario before he moved his family west to Alberta in 1981. He and Connie moved to Oliver, BC 3 years ago and have never felt more loved by a community than in Oliver. They found home! Bill was a proud Rotarian and Mason. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to a charity of your choice and choose to “Pay it Forward” if Bill touched your life.
