On Saturday, January 1, 2022, Mr. Arvid (Joe) Thomas Culbert of Kelowna passed away peacefully at the Central Okanagan Hospice House at the age of 83 years.
He will be fondly remembered by his loving family and friends.

No matter what situation you were in if you needed help all you had to do was call on dad and he’d show up with that amazing smile on his face and in that moment you knew everything was going to be ok;I miss you like crazy Pops!
