Lois, Glenn I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

From: Dale and Cathy Spackman
Relation: Initially as an Innkeeper, then as a good friend.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of our good friend Len. Our deepest condolences and thoughts are with Lois, Glenn, Alleson, cherished granddaughter Emma and the rest of the family and friends. Len had his issues, but was a complicated, thoughtful, compassionate and brilliant man, with a great button up short sleeve shirt collection. Len wa a salt of the earth Ukranian guy and businessman from Manitoba. He was a true character, had a wonderful sense of humour and made us laugh until tears came to our eyes. He was not afriad to laugh frequently, including at himself. Len could charm anyone from two to ninety two with his incredible wit, stories and people skills. He did not suffer fools (or “idiots” as he called them) well, but on the other hand, recognized, celebrated and praised accomplishments. Lois and Len were the ultimate professional Innkeepers and created a paradise in Osoyoos for a select few generations of families from all over Western Canada to enjoy. Rest in peace Len and take good care Lois.

Sorry Lois to read of Len’s passing. We enjoyed our five winters spent at Bella Villa and getting to know you and Len. Especially think of you hanging all those laundered bed sheets on the outside line. Sincere Sympathy to you and your family.

Lois and family, we were very sorry to read this week of Len’s passing. We remember him as a son whom Mary and Bill were very proud of and who did so much for his parents in their last years. Our sincere sympathy for your loss.
